Shipping Details

Royal Mail collect every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and updated with a tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.

Returns Policy

Unwanted Products
Due to the nature of my products, I am not able to provide refunds or exchanges for unwanted orders. 

Damaged Products
I package every order very carefully, and do my best to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please get in touch by sending an email to mondaysmoonuk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with

1. Your order number

2. Details of the damanged products (if you can provide pictures it will help a lot)

I will contact you as soon as I can to talk through the problem and provide a solution.

There is no need to retun damaged items - Once you have contacted me and sent pictures of the issue please dispose of the damaged product appropriately and do not attempt to light it.

Average turnaround for replacement products for orders damaged in transit is usually 2-3 days from date of first contact.

Care Instructions

  • Remove any loose botanicals before use.
  • Burn candle on a level, heat resistant surface, away from anything which could catch fire.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • When first lit, burn candle for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool.
  • Glass may become hot during use, wait until it has cooled before handling.
  • Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm.
