Returns and Exchanges
I am not able to provide refunds or exchanges for unwanted products.
I package every order very carefully, and do my best to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged in transit please get in touch by emailing mondaysmoonuk@gmail.com (if you can provide pictures it will help a lot) and I will contact you to immediately to talk through the problem.
I aim to respond to damaged item emails within 24 hours, however please note this may sometimes be slightly longer due to commitments with my family.
